Butterfly valve - A Butterfly valve is a type of flow control device, used to make a fluid start or stop flowing through a section of pipe. The valve is similar in operation to a ball valve.

Tracker action - Tracker action is a term used in reference to pipe organs to indicate a mechanical linkage between the key pressed by the organist and the valve that allows air to flow into pipe(s) of the corresponding note. Its use is to vent extra pressure being developed by the turbocharger when the throttle is closed, such as during a shift.
